• Phase 2: Behavior Technician (BT) – Upon starting direct sessions, your rate increases to $18.00/hr.

• Phase 3: Certified RBT – Once you pass your RBT exam, your direct session rate immediately jumps to $22.00/hr.

• Experienced RBTs – Already certified? Start at up to $24.00/hr.
