Insurance & Rates
Navigating insurance can be a complex process, but we are here to help. At Pack ABA LLC, we are committed to making our services as accessible as possible for your family—providing clear guidance on both insurance coverage and private pay options.
Accepted Insurance Plans
Please note at this time, we are unable to accept Husky/Medicaid.
Conversations with local organizations and providers have made one thing incredibly clear: there is a massive need for behavioral support in Litchfield County, but accessing those services is harder than ever. Most insurance companies require a formal Autism diagnosis to cover ABA therapy, leaving families dealing with ADHD, ODD, or general behavioral challenges stranded on long waitlists.
Our private-pay model removes the red tape. This approach allows us the freedom to create highly targeted support plans without the restrictions of traditional coverage.
Why Choose Private Pay?
Behavior-Specific Support
We tackle specific challenges that impact your daily life—such as sleep routines, feeding difficulties, or social skills—regardless of diagnosis.
Targeted Solutions
Not every family needs a full-time program. We offer brief, focused consultations or parent training to help you address a single issue effectively.
Immediate Access
Start with a comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and a custom intervention plan right away.
Investment: $2,250 per 18-Hour Block (Utilized over 90 days)
While we can build custom proposals to fit any schedule or need, this package is our most popular option for families seeking structured, short-term relief. It is designed to give parents the exact tools they need to navigate everyday hurdles like difficult daily transitions, unstructured summer schedules, stressful mealtime routines, and building cooperation.
How Your 18 Hours Are Used:
We adapt this block to fit your family's exact needs, balancing ~8 hours of clinical development (which includes both your in-person assessment and plan creation) with ~10 hours of direct parent support. To keep the process clear and actionable, we follow this step-by-step progression:
Assess: We start with a comprehensive initial assessment, which includes an in-person assessment, in-depth parent interviews, caregiver-completed assessments, data review, and goal setting.
Write a Plan: Based on the assessment, we write a targeted intervention plan. To prevent overwhelm, we strategically select just 1–2 priority goals to tackle first for maximum impact and immediate relief.
Train It: You receive collaborative 1-on-1, hands-on parent coaching and strategy modeling so you feel completely confident implementing the plan in your home.
Modify as Needed: Through ongoing sessions and remote check-ins, we actively track your progress and fine-tune or adjust the approach as your family grows.
Final Progress Report: At the conclusion of your 18-hour block, we provide a complete formal wrap-up. You will receive a summary of our time together, the finalized version of your intervention strategies, and clear clinical recommendations for the future.
At Pack ABA, we want to make accessing behavioral support as simple and transparent as possible. We are proudly in-network with Anthem and Aetna to provide comprehensive ABA therapy for learners with an Autism (ASD) diagnosis.
Because of the legal contracts we hold with these insurance providers, we are required to bill them directly for covered services. This means we cannot legally bypass your in-network Anthem or Aetna coverage to offer a cash-pay package.
To help you navigate the healthcare maze, here is a quick breakdown of exactly who our Private Pay packages are designed for.
Families navigating behavioral hurdles without an Autism diagnosis: If you need help managing ADHD, daily transitions, or big emotions, our private pay packages offer immediate, flexible coaching without the need for a formal diagnosis or insurance authorization.
Families with an out-of-network insurance plan: If your child has an Autism diagnosis but you utilize an insurance provider we are not currently in-network with, our private pay packages are fully available to you.
If your child has an Autism (ASD) diagnosis and your family is covered by Anthem or Aetna, great news! We will happily process your comprehensive services straight through your insurance.
Healthcare rules can feel confusing, but you don't have to figure it out alone. If you aren't sure which pathway is the right fit for your household, reach out today and we will help you navigate it!

The "No Surprises" Act
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
We will provide this estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service begins.
